FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a refuse and storage container showing my new design, the lid is removed from the body of the container for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image of the front;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being the mirror image of the right;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
