FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined diabetic data transfer interface and matching input recorder, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, opposite that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view therof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof, with the matching data input recorder portion removed;

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of the data input recorder;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of the data input recorder;

FIG. 10 is a rear elevational view of the data input recorder;

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view of the data input recorder; and

FIG. 12 is a rear elevational view of the data transfer interface portion with the data input recorder removed.
