FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention from the top, front and left side of a magnetic preheater for vehicle engines or the like device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of an electrical cord in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 of the drawing, is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
