FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of combined I.C. portable AM-FM radio, spotlight and blinking light showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a sectional view thereof, taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 7; and

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof, with the handle raised.
