FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof from the right side of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof from the left side of FIG. 2.

The other side elevational view is substantially the same as the side elevational view illustrated in FIG. 2 and the bottom plan view is substantially the same as the top plan view illustrated in FIG. 3.
