FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a subceiling panel unit showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the remaining sides having the same appearance;

FIG. 6 is a sectional elevational view thereof taken along the line 6--6 of FIG. 3; and

FIG. 7 is an enlarged fragmentary bottom plan view of one substantially rectangular cell area thereof.

The substantially rectangular cell areas of the design such as shown in FIG. 7 are translucent. The grid areas disposed between the cell areas are opaque.
