FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the wheel chair wheel showing my new design, the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is an outboard side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is an inboard side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary sectional view thereof, taken along the line 5--5 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary exploded view of a portion of the outer rim thereof.
