FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined compact disc sleeve and closure indexing flap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view with the flap in an up position;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view the opposite end being a mirror image of the end shown.
