FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of a second embodiment thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image;
FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom side being plain and unadorned;
FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof, a corresponding perspective view of the side opposite being a mirror image. The only difference the second embodiment has vis-a-vis the first being an extra pile fabric layer in the upper portion of the cable strap configuration combination evident in FIGS. 4 and 5.
