FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a modified form of FIG. 1, the only difference residing in the inclusion of a rectangular indicator light on the lower left side of the heel rest.

The broken line showing of a conventional cord in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
