FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of the control head illustrated in FIG. 1;

The left side, right side, rear, top and bottom views of the embodiment disclosed in FIG. 8 are identical to the corresponding views of the embodiment disclosed in FIG. 1.
