FIG. 1 is a front, right side and bottom perspective view of an electronic programmable thermostat showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 3 is atop plan view;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view; and

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The cylindrical element on the left side of my design, most clearly depicted in FIGS. 4 and 6, being removable from the recess in which it is shown.
