FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a dispensing hairbrush handle showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view thereof.

The broken line showing of a hairbrush head in FIGS. 1-3 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
