FIG. 1 is a right side elevational view of a pipe wrap template showing my new design, the left side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view, the rear elevational view being identical; and

FIG. 4 is a another front elevational view thereof, shown in an open position.
