FIG. 6 is a greatly enlarged left end elevation view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side elevation view of FIG. 5 opposite to that shown in FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 5; and

FIG. 9 is a front elevation view of FIG. 5.
