FIG. 1 is a front, top and right side perspective view of a mouse with telephone dial pads showing my new design;

FIGS. 2 and 3 are respectively front and rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image; and

FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively bottom and top plan view thereof.
