FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view of a third embodiment;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a side elevational view of a fourth embodiment;

FIG. 14 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 15 is a front elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 16 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The bottom of each of the embodiments has the same appearance as the top with the deletion of the spinner components and hook.
