FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a further embodiment thereof, including holes in the body;

FIG. 7 is a front elevation of the embodiment of FIG. 6, the view from the opposite side being substantially the same;

FIG. 8 is a side elevation view thereof, the view from the opposite side being substantially the same;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a section view along lines 10--10 in FIG. 6.
