FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a flexible holder with magnetic base and clamp for a small flashlight and the like showing my new design, the rear being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an elevational view thereof with the flexible support in an alternate position.
