FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of that shown in FIG. 6, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and
FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof.
The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 represent conventional stitching.
