FIG. 2 is a top and left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary bottom view of the cap portion of the design, shown separately for clarity of illustration.

The broken line representation of a mounting strap is for illustrative purposes only, and forms no part of the claimed design.
