FIG. 2 is a front and top perspective view thereof with the cover in an open condition;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image of that shown; and

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.
