FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation thereof, the opposite side is the same; and

FIG. 4 is a front elevation thereof, the rear elevation is the same.

The bottom of the bottle is unornamented.
