FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view thereof being a mirror image;
FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof, with the mouthpiece cover removed;
FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof with the mouthpiece cover removed;
FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the mouth piece cover; and,
FIG. 9 is an end elevational view thereof with the mouthpiece cover removed .
