FIG. 1 is a rear and upper right perspective view of a combined electrical plug and safety adapter showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view of a combined electrical plug and safety adapter showing my new design on an enlarged scale, the right side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view thereof being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a front end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear and upper right perspective view of a combined electrical plug and safety adapter showing my new design with the protective cover in the retracted position and on the same scale as FIG. 1.
