FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an adaptor assembly unit for converting a manual flush valve to electrical operation showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged top and right side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The left side elevational view is a mirror image of FIG. 3.

The broken line showing of environmental structure in FIGS. 1-4 is for illustrative purposes only, and forms no part of the claimed design.
