FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, both sides being identical;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken lines showing the scissors element in FIGS. 1 through 6 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
