FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a rear view mirror for attachment to a bicycle rider's element showing my new design in position of use it being understood that the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged front end elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a enlarged rear end elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged opposite side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof.
