FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an opposite end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a fragmentary right side elevational view of one end of the handle, the holder shown in a closed position;

FIG. 8 is a fragmentary front elevational view of one end of the handle, the holder shown in a closed position;

FIG. 9 is a fragmentary rear elevational view of one end of the handle, the handle shown in a closed position;

FIG. 10 is a fragmentary end elevational view of one end of the handle, the holder shown in a closed position;

FIG. 11 is a fragmentary left side elevational view of one end of the handle, the holder shown in a closed position;
