FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a whirling toy showing my new design, the cords broken away to show indeterminate length;

FIG. 2 is a reduced top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 3 is a reduced right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being identical thereto.
