FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a combined toothbrush handle and case therefor showing my new design, the opposite side being a mirror image;
FIG. 2 is a left end elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a right end elevational view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof with the toothbrush being enclosed in the case;
FIG. 7 is a left end elevational view thereof;
FIG. 8 is a side elevational view thereof shown with the case open and the toothbrush in position for use when the case is closed; and,
FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof.
The broken line showing of bristles in FIGS. 1, 3, 8, and 9 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
