FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top, front and right side perspective view of a second embodiment thereof.

The views of the second embodiment not illustrated are the same as the corresponding views of the first embodiment.

The broken line showing of the knobs is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
