FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a water softener control and indicating panel, showing our new design, the broken lines are shown for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevation view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof on an enlarged scale; and,

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof on an enlarged scale.

The right side elevation of the water softener control and indicating panel which is not shown, is a mirror image of the left side elevation which is shown.
