FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a base having a decorative fabric sleeve for surrounding the trunk of a Christmas tree showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is the opposite side elevational view thereof.

The figures disclosed in broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 4, are shown for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
