FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of FIG. 2, both sides being identical in appearance; and,

FIG. 6 is front elevational view of FIG. 2, the rear being substantially identical except for the closure tabs.
