FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the other side of the shoe upper;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the shoe upper;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of the sole in FIGS. 1-4 are for illustrative purposes and forms no part of the claimed design.
