FIG. 1 is a perspective right frontal side view of a plate rack showing my new design, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof.

Wherein the back side thereof is unornamental and forms no part of the claimed design.
