FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the portable, elevatable supporting pad unit in its elevated position showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The cross-hatching in FIGS. 1-6 represents conventional fabric, and is understood to extend uniformly throughout the areas represented.
