FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an end view thereof as seen from the bottom of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 7 is an end view thereof as seen from the top of FIG. 2.
