FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a plant stand showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view thereof, the back elevation view thereof being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof, the right side elevation view thereof being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
