FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a tool hanger, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view thereof.

The broken line showing of environment in FIGS. 5 and 6 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
