FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a swing arm short-rise vehicle lift showing a first preferred embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a swing arm short-rise vehicle lift showing a second preferred embodiment of my new design, wherein the swing arms are removed from the short-rise vehicle lift; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken line showing of a vehicle in FIG. 2 is for illustrative purposes only and does not form a part of the claimed design.
