FIG. 2 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof;
FIG. 4 is an opposite end elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, with the opposite side being identical to that shown.
The broken line showing in FIG. 1 depicts a known rubber traffic sign base and forms no part of the present design.
