FIG. 1 is a perspective view from the front, left, and top sides of a combined rechargeable flashlight and base therefor showing my design with the cord broken away to indicate indeterminate length;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof; the left side elevational view is an image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
