FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the top, front and left sides of a hip and back exerciser embodying our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevation being a mirror image of the front side as shown;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevation being a mirror image of the left side as shown;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan being a mirror image of the top as shown; and,

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof, the broken line showing of the person and leg straps being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design.
