FIG. 10 is a side elevational view thereof, the other side being identical;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 14 is a top perspective view of the holder; and,

FIG. 15 is a top plan view thereof.

The phone cord has been shown broken away in FIGS. 1-7 and the receive and holder have been shown separately in FIGS. 8-15 for convenience of illustration.
