FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a desk top file storage rack showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a right-side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof, the file folder depicted by means of broken lines being shown for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design.
