FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the other side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view taken on line 6--6 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 2 but on a reduced scale with an extension member shown in its extended position; and,

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of the holder as shown in FIG. 7.
