FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the insignia positioning device according to my new design;

FIG. 2 is a first side elevational view of the insignia positioning device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an end view of the insignia positioning device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a first edge elevational view of the insignia positioning device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a second side elevational view of the insignia positioning device of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a second edge elevational view of the insignia positioning device of FIG. 1.
