FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the top portion of the present base member showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bottom portion of the present base member showing my new design;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 3 showing the groove associated therewith.
